I Smell a Rat!

From one pack rat to another, I do understand very well I had a friend that helped me get rid of a lot of junk, (my treasures) that should have been thrown years ago,I just keep thinking I am going to lose a ton of weight and get into those size 11 jeans, yah right, come on lets get practical, and let a real size 11 have them as they will no doubt rot before I ever get to a size 11 again if ever. just wishful thinking on my part and do not want to give up on a dream. So I try to keep out the clutter and really do stick to the rule if I want to bring some thing home one thing of equal size has to go. it works for me because getting rid of junk is not all that easy, most of it has to go to the dump and I have to pay for some one to haul it away, our regular garbage is only small and limited to small garbage bags per week. It is so hard at times as there are so many bargains on stuff I do not need but would be so cool. I was offered a tall birdcage yesterday and I though that I could put a plant in it and so on and so forth. but at the last minute I refused as i have no place for it, It is so hard to say no. My husband and I both are pack rats of sorts we go through the house every once in a while and if we haven't used it for a year then it goes in the garbage or to someone who will use it.
