In a press conference that overrode my husband's favorite noon time programming today. A reporter asked President Bush "Why is Osama bin Laden still at large?" This has to be in the record books for absolute dumbest things Bush has ever said: "Because we haven't found him yet."No!!! Really??I think GWB is trying to set a record for stupidity. This one should count for a few points!!

President Bush is constantly setting new records for stupidity whenever he opens his mouth. I almost shudder whenever he starts to talk.
I feel that if the US had concentrated on finding Bin Laden rather than attacking Iraq years ago, he might have already been found and tried for his crimes. I've never understood that and probably never will. Another thing I can't understand is why we attacked Iraq when the majority of the 9/11 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia. Could it be because Bush is such good friends with the Saudis? Oh wait, Bush helped the Bin Laden family leave the US after the 9/11 attacks, so maybe that's the reason Osama Bin Laden hasn't been located--the Bush family ties to certain people and countries.

My mother says she just turns off the radio or tv now when she hears him. I don't blame her. I use him as entertainment, laughter is good for you. I love the way you ended your post... Bush helped Bin Laden's family leave the country.... Oh the stupidity of it all.

I can see both the funny and the serious side to it. It can be frustrating for american president Bush to be asked this question million times where Osama bind laden is. So now that he has not been smoked out yet and is on the run in tribal parts of pakistan according to intelligence sources. Bush must have stated matter of factly that he has not been found. Yeah the whole world knows it too. lol. that's very obvious.

That was one for the record. I thought he made a complete a$$ of himself. Taking about needing lesson in public speaking...he stuttered, repreated himseldf, seemed to lose his train of thought many times. I almost felt sorry for him.
