Ever worked in a hotel? If so would you do it again? If not would you ever?

You know how you are when you are traveling. You are cranky and tired and hungry, and stressed, and frustrated, excited, nervous angry...the list goes on. Personally you know how you feel. Now would you ever go into a hospitality career knowing exactly what you would have to deal with? Or if you have gone into the hotel biz unaware, did you like it and/or continue to go through with it? Did you like it? Hate it? Anyone want to share?

Well, I worked at a hotel, it was a bit hotel. I worked as a hoursekeeper and as a waitress in the bar/restraunt. I worked both jobs for extra money. I admit, I never ran into rude customers being a hoursekeeper, only twice did I come in contact with the visitors at the hotel, and they were all very nice. But as a waitress at the bar/restraunt, I ran into quite a few rude people. As I was new, I would mess up quite alot waiting on them, forgetting to ask for drinks, ect. I accidently spilt a drink, even gave people the wrong food(I was a terrible waitress). Customers got angry at me quite a bit. I overall loved my job at the hotel though. I was a hoursekeeper more than a waitress, and like I said, no one bothered me. I was all by myself, no interuptions, and definetelly no contraversy.
