how do u renew your life?

how do u renew your life? to have your hair cut and change a new style,to buy a pair of new shoes,to have a showing to refresh yourself,to move to another place,to have a deep sleep and forget something unhappy before,or.... i,usually,rearrange the furniture in my house to tell myself that i will restart my life.and it kind of works.

Before i renew my life, I start to reflect first and ask some of my friend's advice. Having my hair cut, polishing my nails and changing my new way approach to people around me are my ways on refreshing myself.
