I live in area in the lap of HImalayan range of mountains a pretty hilly state Known as HImachal Pradesh[India]I have experienced and enjoyed snow fall many a times thought when ever there was snowfall in my region it never last for more than 2-3 days but the view all around was ultimate. there are many places in himachal where sonfalls heavily like a manali and shimla. I have never experienced and enjoyed a snowfall. I'm from the southern part of the United States and it doesn't snow here. If it does it is only sleet, a mixture of rain and ice. But someday I would like to experience a snowfall.

Every winter we get snow here in Michigan. The last really big storm was in 1974 when we got about 22" after Thanksgiving. Since then it has snowed from a few inches to maybe 15 inches. It snows several times a year. We don't get that much compared to other states. I but it is just so pretty where you live near the mountains. Would love to see it some day.

I live in Ohio, USA where we have the 4 seasons: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter, but the only time I feel happy and alive is in the winter months! I LOVE snow and everything about winter!

yeah. it is indeed a thrilling experience. I was posted in the state of Jammu & Kashmir around 6 years back and stayed there for 3 years. I have also been to Dras, the world's second coldest place inhibited by humans

I live in the east of the U.S. I'm in the mid Atlantic, which means my State is too north to be in the south and too south to be in the north. There is always a chance we can get snow. The problem? We can drive in it. Every time there is a call for snow, everybody goes to the supermarket and buys enough so they don't have to go out.For a few years we haven't had a big snow storm but once in 1978 we had a huge snow storm. If I remeber correctly we got about 3-4 feet of snow.I remember it was unsual because the storm was in October. We usually get snow in November or December.I loved it because I got to miss school. Now, especially in January by birthday month, I dread snow because you can't go anywhere. The best snow storm now is the ones we had last winter. It snowed overnight and al we got was a dusting, a very small amout. It looked beautiful falling. It covered the trees and cars but it didn't stick to the street. Perfect. get to see it and it makes everything beautiful but in the morning it is gone.

I've often experienced snow falling, but not as often as I'd like. Every years (or two years in a row) we suddenly get a thick pack of snow which stays for a few days. Usually this doesn't happen though, wet snow happens more often.

Yes, I have, but nothing as spectacular as you describe! We get snow once in awhile here in Dublin but it doesn't really stick. I have family in Belgium and that was the last real snow I saw. It was magical because it was at Christmas and the children loved playing in it, especially because it is a novelty for them.

Yes i have experienced snowfall and that too in the mountains of himachal. I am married in punjab and we move to himachal normally during the vacations. I have seen snowfall in shimla and at moosurie. I really enjoyed both. It is great making snowball and playing in the snow and when the snow flakes are falling it makes me really thrilled. This summer too i am planning to go to shimla, chail, naldera where the nature is at its best.

I do enjoy snow fall. But from inside home, I don't really like to go out in snow and play with it. I specially enjoy the first snow fall. Where I live in USA, winter is preety long here. SO , at a point of time when we get snow we feel little bore and annoyed. Because it's like freezing outside at that time and you don't want to go out side. So, then it feels like no more snow. That's why I enjoy the first time snow fall more. It gives a very different and beautiful look to nature.

I have experienced snow fall many times. I hate it. I live where we have winter and get snow and ice. Sometimes we get so much snow that you have to stay home from work untill they get the roads all cleaned off. Most of the children love the snow because they like playing in it, and making a snowman .

Snowfall is fine, snow storm, not. Besides snow is quite heavier if it's a storm because of wind and water comes with it. But typical snow fall is ok. But shovelling snow in the drive way is quite difficult.

It doesn't snow very often here in southern New Mexico but I have always enjoyed it when it happens. It's calm and peaceful and, well, different than our normal sunshine and heat. Don't get me wrong; I'm glad it's not cloudy and dreary here - but a change of scene is always nice.
