all you need is to create your own web page. It could be personal information, or a website of collection that you would like to share with other people. Then all you need then is to refer your website to all your friends and acquaintances so that you'll get more website traffic.

i think lycos.com and geocites.com give us free hosting of personal websites. they will guide you excellently thoughout the process and its very fast and easy. just try and lemme know.
