Monkey organization

an organization is like a tree. full of monkeys,all on different limbs and different levels.some monkeys r climbing up and some down.the monkeys on the top look down and see a fuul of smiling faces.the monkeys on the bottom lookup and see nothing but bottom.... is it truue ???

The desciption you have used would be true as the monkey climbing up would still be looking up, not down. Very funny! Good one.
