What would you do..if all of a sudden there was no more internet..If countries decided that the internet should be completely abolished..
Would you be totally lost? Do you have so much going on that it would put you into a tizzy?
I know my work is done using the net..I would be looking for a new job:)+ What about you??:)+

Hello, littlefranciscan, i think it will like the end of world if there is no interent for many people, include me,just like what you said, many people reply on the internet at their workplace, they may not be able to find jobs on the internet anymore.
As i am on the internet to read news from different countries most of the time,if there is no internet, may be i need to sit in front of the TV to see what is happening in the rest of the world everyday.

I know what you mean..can you imagine it..You go to turn on your computer and no internet..Then you turn on the tv and it is announced the internet companies have been closed and people will no longer have use of this media..
There are countries, you know, where internet is not permitted or if it is ..there are so many restrictions and filters placed there by the government;)+_

I would go out and buy a newspaper. The first newspaper in a long time. Then I would know that my telephone would ring a lot more often. Then I would look in the attic where all the old games are so I am not bored in the evenings and I would probably watch more TV. And I`d look at the real yellow pages.... More things would not happen. I like the internet but my business can do without.

You are lucky that your business can exist without it..I can't imagine the company I am working for doing without it since they deal with clients nationwide;) I think most of us would go back to the mode we had before internet was introduced;)+

First what i gonna do if there would be no more internet i will return to conventional way to send a letter to all of my client, my family, my friend and it will costs more than if we use the internet. All the people around the world become stupid and the knowledge is so difficult to find, the darkness of the world has return by abolishing of the internet.

I would ask your cellular phone number and one or two more in myLot. Then I would send you written messages (I suppose it's possible to do that from a country to another)asking you to post discussions so I can respond to them. It would not be very different from what I do now. Ü
But, thinking it twice, I'm not sure you would be in the mood to do it, so I would just send you greetings. Ü

I would definitely freak out if the internet was abolished. I would not know what to do and would be very sad. I would contact my internet friends as quickly as possible to get their phone numbers or addresses so we could still keep in touch. I would have to find other ways of making money other than my regular full time job. That means watching more tv, which is not a good thing these days. I would probably do a lot more text messaging. LOL

It would be very difficult for me, if the Internet was to close done. As one user stated, it is a great source of entertainment and information and it has enabled a lot of us to make extra money from our homes

In addition to my primary income I supplement
that with antiquarian book sales on ebay. I
would have to look elsewhere for that income.
Otherwise I'd read books like I always have.
