I have a phone for my home, as a matter of fact I have two of them because I liked the phones so much and I am having problems with both of the holders that you set your phone in to keep it charged while not in use. I spoke to someone in March and they told me I had to send my phone system in but I could not do that because I would not have a phone then. She then told me to call after April 3rd 2006 because then they would have some kind of computer update completed and then someone could help me. The holders on the phones are not keep the phones charged. I have changed batteries, tried placing them in different outlets in my home and nothing seems to work. Can you help me? I have had the phones just under a year. Thank you, Mary Fritze
