Lost / Sad / Angry / Rebellious

Lost because i dont know what to do anymore Sad because i felt betrayed by my own family Angry because of the lies. Rebellious that what i want to do. Its all negative and at the moment i am feeling all this at one time...

well i am sure that their is somethin wrong because a few days back also you had started a discussion like"do you also have secrets and all" if i am not wrong and i had responded also to that one..well i would agree that their are plenty of things you dont like talkin about with anyone..but then you can always talk and share your feelins with strangers..and i am always there if you need anyone

I do not know what to suggest but I am here if you would like to talk more about this. I hope you do not do anything to rebellious, is there someone you know you can talk to that will understand and help you in this time?

Is there any way you can go see a counselor?? They often have a lot of good advice about how to deal with families that hurt themselves. Most of all, they help you know that you're not alone and that there's hope for you. There is hope, you know, so don't give up or do anything drastic! Your biochemistry may be out-of-whack by now, and they'll be able to help with that too. Life is too short to be so unhappy!! I hope you'll take care of yourself by getting some professional help, especially if your family is part of the problem -- they won't help you, YOU must help you!! Sometimes emotions can be overwhelming. It sounds like you are going through a very rough time. Something very bad must have happened to make you feel this low but reach out to someone. It can be a friend, pastor, or counselor. You need to express these feelings and not bottle it up. Please do not do anything rebellious as you would probably regret it later.

Most time, its my work..with ontime deliveries and work loads. I try to divert mind on music and i feel better. We need to manage depression, as it is part of life in busy world. But if we concentrate, we can manage it. I does it through my yoga, listening music and going out on vacation.
