I belong to a telecom company, which is Philcom. We went summer outing at Maze Park, Iligan City Philippines. We enjoyed the place, the flowing pools they have and most special the very relaxing view. Where did you spent your summer vacation or summer outing?

Tinago falls - The Tinago Falls is one of the main tourist attractions in Iligan, a city known as the City of Majestic Waterfalls. Tinago is a Filipino word meaning "hidden", the falls being hidden in a deep ravine. Trekking to the falls requires approximately 500 descending steps called the winding staircase. It is said that Tinago Falls is a sanctuary for weary souls seeking to commune with nature. The trip to the falls actually exposes you to a variety of wildlife. Today, the trail is refurbished into a wildlife park hosting different species of wild animals.

The falls is approximately 240-feet high, its very cold waters cascading beautifully into a deep and calm basin-like pool which appears like a blue-colored lagoon. Under the falls is a small cave where people can enter and listen to the rumbling waters. The foot of the falls is a very ideal place for swimming. The place also has man-made swimming pools for children. It is truly a majestic place that resounds an atmosphere of serenity, a perfect escape from the noisy metropolitan.
Hello beauty!(",) I am so happy to hear that you have spent your summer vacation here in Iligan City. There are also many other swimming pools here in Iligan aside from Maze park. There is what we call Timoga which is a series of pools, you can choose which one you like. One pool there has an Olympic size swimming pool with a diving board and others come with slides and different sizes. Hope the next time you come here you will be able to visit Tinago falls, Maria Cristina falls and other beautiful sceneries here. Thank you for visiting Iligan City! Feel free to come again!God bless!

Thank you my friend. I really wanted to visit those falls too. My problem is that I have no one to visit to or to be with LOL. I also do not have enough budget for vacations and outings due to some personal financial problems. I will try to resolve things and will visit those falls as soon as I am able. God bless!

We took an Alaskan Cruise through the Inside Passage, that is on the Pacific side, stopping first at Juneau, and then going to Skagway, and then to Ketchikan. We had a nice time on board ship, the food was delicious, and there was entertainment every night. We also took lots of photos, or at least my husband did. This was the first cruise we had been on.

Well, we had the pleasure of going to New York City, Atlantic City, and all over New Jersey here in the USA in September for a vacation. We currently live in Seattle which is the other side of the USA. This was a wonderful time and vacation, and to me, was one of the Best vacations I have ever been able to take. We were able to see all over New York City including ground zero, the statue of liberty, etc. Then in New Jersey besides Atlantic City and staying in one of the Trump towers for Free, we went to Cape May and got to walk in the Ocean and see the lovely views from there. It was such an awesome time, we really want to go back sometime, and spend more time there. We actually want to be able to spend about 4-5 days in NYC next time just to be able to experience some of the things we did not have time to see this last time.

Summer since a long distant memory away now! But I see this discussion was written 7 months ago now! And here we are with Christmas just around the corner. I spent my summer holiday or vacation at my beloved retreat by the ocean. I had ten days away where I was able to relax, chill out, have massage and soak up the sun. I also meet my very good friends there and swim if the weather is good.

We went to Blue Mountain Lake Museum in NY State. History of the Adirondack area of NY state is in the museum. Every year some exhibits are changed and some remain the same. So there are old favorites like the real Black Smith shop that was purchased and donated. As well as something different every year, like Adirondack furniture was the focus. There are many kinds of boats and an old train coach that a rich person would have ridden in. It's a very nice museum.
