Flicks and Films: Ren and Stimpy going off air

I missed Ren and Stimpy, they were banned on television. Why did they ever show it and later banned it? I enjoyed their company and I long for them.
Stimpy was so cute, I wanted to have a pet like him... I really, really, really missed them and I do not know where to find them. Ren and Stimpy, when will I see you guys again.

I think it got axed instead of banned. For one thing, during Kricfalusi's stay with the project the humor was more risque and just not good for kids, and they let the show stay anyway. However, once Kricfalusi left the project the humor degenerated to elementary and generally unfunny. Plus the voice of Ren was gone. I think many of the fans stopped watching the show because of this, and thus it had to be removed.
I miss the show too. :(

I loved Ren and Stimpy! That was one of my favorite shows! Too bad they pulled it out because of the humor I think..
