I make my "Killer Broccoli Dip and Spread" in a blender, dedicated us guys who like to cook!: Use the broccoli stalks, chop them into small pieces with a knife, chop up some onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and carrots and place this all in a blender, toss in a handful of peanuts, pour in about a cup of good olive oil and add some salt and pepper, blend this til it's smooth and try not to eat it all in one sitting, I dare ya'! This makes a quick and tasty recipe for when I have the Ladies come over for a few hands of Texas Hold "Em! :)

Actually, Thomas means the software "Blender". It's software to create 3D images, games and movies with. I myself, haven't made anything in Blender, because I find it too hard and too complicated. Although I use Bryce 3D, but with the examinations these days, I don't have time to work on it. After the exams, I'll try creating something.

I am glad I have a blender. One recipe I like very much is to chop up apples, carrots and walnuts in a blender, add sugar and lemon juice and a bit of good oil. It makes a nice salad and is very healthy. Otherwise I often make milkshakes with my blender. It is so nice and bubbely, I just love it.
