I know counting Carbs has really worked for me ,but it is very hard to stay on a low carb diet when we are eating out a lot,there is always different things going on that we go to which involves eating, I have been off my diet since Christmas an am not feeling that great also none of my clothes fit now and I do not want to buy new ones as I want to lose this 15 lbs I've gained.So I really need help does anyone know if those Liquid Gel carb blockers work.and if they use them if there is a better brand would really like to hear about it.not sure if we can put brand names on here or not
