Al-Qaeda is searching for ways to create nuclear weapons for mass destruction, a former UN weapons inspection chief said during a press conference at an international convention way to prevent a nuclear catastrophe being held in Lexumbourg.
Rolf Ekeus, currently High Commisioner at the Organization for SEcurity and Cooperation in Europe, and formerly Directory of the UN Special Commission on Iraq, told reporters that the threat of a nuclear attack on a Earopean city by al-Qaeda was tangible, and that steps are being taken to protect nuclear facilities from which terrorists can obtain enriched uranium.
Scary, eh?

The last time your "high commissioners" were that efficient and effective, they shot and killed an innocent man simply out and about his innocent business! Hey, whatever happened to the allege "terrorists" with well-calculated strategic plans to bomb buildings in Great Britian they intercepted several months ago?
Any way, I believe there are two groups that are most likely to use WMD on anyone (and one already used WMD on another nation): The USA and Israel (out of frustration and desperation) are the two that are most likely to use WMD on any people!

How many times did the 9/11 hijackers "innocently" fly on the planes checking them out and checking airport security.
What do you mean by WMD? Are you talking about Iraq using gas to kill 10,000s of thousands of civilians in the Kurdish area of Iraq or when he used the same gas on Iran? Or are you refering to the thousands of rockets that the Palistines launch agains Isreal with daily? The frustration that you say Isreal is feeling whoud that be the giving up of land for peace, removing your citizens from their homes and using your Army against your own citizens only to have the enemy launch rockert attacks against you and send women and children in to your country wraped in explosives with the sole purpose of killing as many civilians as possible.
Or are you only refering to the US when they use the Atomic Bombs on Japan? Remember there would have been no bombsif there had not been a Pearl Harbor. When you attack someone don't complain when when they beat the living tar out of you. I believe the Japanise were given a cance to surrender before each attack, unlike Japan delivering the ultamatium after the fact.

There are three categories of WMD - nuclear, biological and chemical. Anyway, the fact still remains that the USA and Russia started our WMD race and started the worldwide distributions and their usages!
