contacting clixsense admin

Has anyone tried to contact clixsense admin? Has anyone earned anything from their referrals in clixsense? I have 3 referrals. I know for sure that one of them is active. I am sure that at least I have already earned a single cent from my referrals ( $0.17 x 10% = 0.017). However my referral earning is still stuck on $0.00.
I wrote to clixsense admin and yet there is no reply. Has anyone have this similar experience?

Same situation here, i got 2 referrals whom i do not know personally and so far by the clixsense stats updates to me they are active but until now i haven't earned any percentage from their earnings. It is still $0.00. I have not contacted clixsense, in any case i do not doubt that clixsense is an honest site and many members have actually been paid.

I know that they are honest and members have been paid but I would like to know when do you get your earnings from them updated? I don't like being left in the dark. They don't seem to have very good service. I never got a reply from them. Adbux is better. They are very quick with responses.
