Ricky Gervais - Comic Genius!

For those of you who don't know him, he was the original "boss" in the original English series (not the American one) of "The Office". I bought the DVD of his other series "Extras" the other day, and I would fully recommend it for a good belly laugh. "Extras" is based on a character played by Gervais and his female friend on film sets as "extras" (no speaking parts, just walk ins). From period dramas to Nazi films, he is desperate to get a line, any line in a film. Each series has a special guest star, like Kate Winslet and Ben Stiller who play themselves. Kate plays a nun in the series who then advises (still in her nun's habit), the female character off-set how to talk dirty on the phone to her new boyfriend. Like "The Office", there are plenty of uncomfortable situations pushing the envelope on PC, which make for some great laughs. Absolutely hilarious.
