Hi i'm very much interested to create my own web site. But in the beginning i just want to test my skills there on the net. So for that i want to create a web Site that too free of cost. I heard a lot about web sites those are offering all this free of cost. But i'm not sure where to create one. Plz let me know which is the best site where i can create my web site.

To create a nice-looking website, download WebDwarf. It's freeware and easy to use software. And there are a few templates available, so you can just edit them to your needs.

You can try blogspot.com which is the free website/blog site where you can create websites with ease without even knowing the web designing, all you need is writing skills and typing skills, you can easitly create web pages in a jiffy. You could also try freewebs.com if you are planning to website rather than blogging
