I want to learn cooking so badly but I'll start with something small and easy lol. If anyone can give me recipe's to quick preperating snacks I'd love to write them down. I bought a brand new notebook just for them lmao and I wanna fill it up. I don't have an oven so mind you I won't be doing any baking. I hoep some of you can give me some ideas!

I make up batches of "Trail Mix" style snacks for my family and keep it handy in a sealed bowl. You can change ingredients as you prefer but here's one of my faves: Chex Trail Mix 4 c Chex cereal 1/2 c Dried fruit bits (my faves are dried bananas, dried pineapple or dried papaya) 1/2 c Raisins 1/2 c peanuts 1/2 c M & Ms Mix together in a big bowl, seal and eat when needed.

it is very easy one my friend, you can give this a try. Parchment paper 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted 1/2 cup white corn meal 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/2 tsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 3/4 cup milk preheat oven to 425 degree F.line baking sheets with parchment paper. brush with melted butter, reserving extra butter. sift cornmeal and next 4 ingredients together in a bowl. beat egg and milk in another bowl.sir into dry ingredients until batter is smooth.stir in 2 1/2 tbspof reserved melted butter, reserving the rest of the butter. drop batter by tbsp onto prepared parchment papaer about 5 inches apart. using the back of the spoon , spread batter in to 4 inch disc, making sure that one inch margin remains between them. bake ten to twelve minutes until browned. brush with remaining butter and cool on wire rack.

Hmm I'm not sure what you mean when you say snack...!? You could always just serve veggies and fruit, that dosen't take a master chef :-D

I hope you have a microwave because this recipe requires it : Microwave Sponge Pudding A very simple microwave sponge pudding in less than 15 minutes with a texture between a sponge and a steamed pudding. I often add 2 tablespoons of jam or syrup to the bottom of the final bowl. Serve hot with custard. INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup self-rising flour 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons milk DIRECTIONS In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and milk gradually, so as not to curdle the butter. Sift in the flour, and fold in gently. Transfer to a 1 pint microwave-safe bowl. Cover, and cook for 3 1/2 minutes on full powder, or until the pudding appears set when gently jiggled, and the top is sticky. Serve hot.
