On a scale of 1 to 10, how good do you think you are deep inside? I'd rate myself an 8. Cutting two marks because there are instances where I've been selfish.

i would have to say i am an eight too! i still have a lot to improve on but i do believe that i have polished some of my rough edges, thus an eight would be appropriate.
