bee's and hornets

As I used to work in a recreation department (many years ago) I had this problem all the time. The best way to do it is get a can of hornet killer with a long distance spray. Follow the hornets to their nest and then soak their nest with it. That will be the end of that problem. I never go stung once with this approach. cheers,
