well for me if u need a perfect result u need ur IQ to be going with ur hardwork..u c hardwork undoubtedly pays but if u act like a donkey even hardwork will result in a big zero...

hard work is always good to get better result..definitely if its constructive and relevant hard work we should be apprecited......friutful hard work is better than iirelevant hard work..but if hard work is of no imporatance then how can we get good results??
