do we need a new "brand" of mod in runescape?

there are so many autoers in runescape now, so many more than there were when i first started. they are not only in free to play any more, there are many many in pay to play as well. whether they are fishing bot, mining bots or wood cutting bots, they swarm almost every server there is, and they are easy to spot! the thing is, only so many can be reported at any one time, you have to take into account that you need to type in their username, often it is hard to remember the exact spelling or how many numbers or spaces are in the name, then there is the fact that you can only report once every 60 seconds, meaning if you are at the yew trees south of falador, or in the fishing guild, you can only report a few of the many that are there. (i have seen up to 20 stood waiting for a yew to re-appear). jagex are trying their best to look into every report that they get and banning as many of these bots as they possibly can, but it still isn't working, more and more of them jump off tutorial island every day! should jagex now look into making a new "brand" of mod? ones that sre specifically mods just to help clean up the autoers? they could have a bronze crown (rather than the silver for player mods or gold for jagex mods) and they could log in just to stand in certain areas that are full of autoers. if jagex don't have enough staff to do such things then maybe they could enlist yet more players for this purpose, and ask them to just check once or twice while they are online. what do you guys think?
