As a member of many online earning programs how you cope with time?

Most of the members may be users of more than three PTC sites. How do you allocate the time for them! I'm getting timer problem if I browse two sites at a attempt! Whats your experience in this regard? How do you work with PTC sites..

I normally browse 2 or mroe at a time aswell. Unless i am uploading photos to http://www.shareapic.net/ref.php?owner=cyklo1974 then it a takes a tad longer but not much.
