Hi lovesu. i'm very sorry that you can't sleep and i'm even more sorry that you are angry with your wife. i would elaborate more but i don't know what has made you angry with her, but you should never go to bed angry with your spouse. i sure hope you can get some sleep. have a peaceful night.

Why are you so angry? Can you talk to her about it when youve calmed down? Sometimes when I'm angry at my husband I write him an email a few hours later when I am calmer. Then he reads it, prints it out and we talk about it.
