Always sleep late...

Do you always sleep late? How do you feel whjen you sleep late and then wake up late or wake up with lack of sleep? Do you have insomnia or sometghing or why do you stay awake that late? well,for me..it's because surfing the net at night is much easier that day that's why i always sleep late then when i wake up in the morning or noon...i'm doomed and feel weak...but it's how i lived this past few months...ooofff!!!

I am a student and therefore i sleep for 2 hours in the day time and then wake up late to study......i normally sleep at 2 am and then wake up at 6:30am to attend the classes.

that's hard to do and keep up..so you have an organized time management? that's cool..

Its not an organized time system that i have to follow....its just that i dont have to compensate with my study hours.....i have a fixed minimum 8 hours of study daily...so whenever i get time i do it. But it has to 8 hours of every 24 hours.

i am a student and so sometimes i sleep late at night.but most often i sleep at 12 night and wake up at 5 in the morning. if any one has any sleep related disorder then that can be reduced by exercises. i do not have insomnia but i used to sleep a lot.being a student it was a great loss for me to sleep lot.but i reduced this by exercise and yoga.and now i sleep a max of 6 hours.

wow...yoga, 6 hrs is your maximum? mine is 12 hrs...well, they let me sleep that's why i can sleep that long...

but you sleeping for that many hours is not good for health. and do know this fact by sleeping for 8 hours on an average ,one spends one-third of his/her life in sleeping.and if you sleep for 12 hours then you spend nearly half of your life in sleeping. that means if you live for 80 years you would have spend 40 years in sleeping.wasting these many hours in sleep isn't good ,is it?you can do a lot work in those precious hours.

I know that feeling. I usually try to get to bed for 1 a.m or 12 a.m. Usually my husband and I take it in turns to get up with our daughter. I usually like to sleep in till around 11 and I feel lazy, weak and bad that I didn't have a normal sleeping time, but it's better than I ever did do cause I used to go to bed at 3 a.m or later then get up about 1p.m usually I go to bed when my daughter has a sleep during the day. I'm just addicted to the internet.

well..lately i always sleep late,especially when i got free time a couple weeks ago..i wake up with alarm..that's why i never late in the morning..but sometimes i feel weak and wanna sleep again...not because i have insomnia,but simply because of i can't sleep or surfing the net until night..

yup...same here...internet is really addictive,don't you think? it's not easy to turn your back and say no to surfing the net or being connected to the internet,right? ooofff..
