When I was in high school, I used to cut classes, and was some sort of truant student. I dont mind my studies and nearly got kicked out of school. And then a new teacher came to school. She was a retired public high school teacher, who decided to continue her profession as an English teacher in private schools. We came to know each other and she treated me like her own son. It was from her that I learned all about the beauty of the English language. From a student who nearly was thrown out of school, I was soon getting high scores from all subjects, and was spending more time in the library reading books instead of cutting classes and playing billiards. Her guidance transformed me to become a better person. I can never forget her, My English Teacher. How about you, do you have any particular teacher whom you cant forget?

Mine was also an English teacher. Mr. Merton McDonald. He has been my inspiration and gave me the basis I needed to continue persuing my dream to be a writer. Teacher are very special people who hold our country's future in their hand for they spend alot of time molding future generations not only in education, but learning about life. http://totouchaheart.blogspot.com

I take off my hat to Mr. Merton Mcdonald. Good teachers are those who inspire their students. And they are a special bred of prefessionals whom your Lincoln and my Rizal can truly be proud of.

Yes, she was my Algebra, and English teacher. She was great. She made learning a lot of fun, and you constantly stayed alert for her next joke, or funny comment. I thrived in her classes. She is gone now, but I will never forget her.

I am sorry to hear that. But that is one of the good things about being a good teacher. Even though you are gone, your memory to those students whom you have touched lives on.
