Have you ever tried to count the raindrops?

Have you ever when you were younger or even as an adult tried to count raindrops or clouds that passed by? If so how long did your counting continue before you gave up the task?
I know I use to try to count raindrops until I realized the raindrops were all over the place and I could only be in one..LOL and clouds they were easier to count but I feel asleep counting them;)

This is not something that I ever did as a child or an adult as it would be very difficult to count how many were coming down. I used to stick my tongue out trying to catch the drops but never tried counting them. I love looking at the clouds but never paid attention to how many were going by. Some of the clouds look like particular shapes or figures.
