I heard that Havaianas are only carpenter's shoes in Brazil while Filipinos crave for them. LOL! So it means we Filipinos could wrap Islander with a nice box and sell them to other country, LOL!

Hello gellah. Yeah, i was thinking the same thing too. If you talk about durability and quality, Islander and Kamaru are equally as good as Havaianas. I personally find the Havaiana craze a little overborad. I nearly got a heart attack when I learned how expensive they were. In my former place of work, slippers are not allowed but some people seem to think that it's okay as long as they wear a P1000 Havaiana. That is simply..... duhh....
