how to get referals in my lot

can anyone tell me how to find referals for my lot. i have 5 but extinct i think they just dont strat any discussions. how to make this work and how to increase referals in my lot.pls help

The best way is to post it somewhere where everyone can see it, like in your blog, Friendster, or Myspace. Or you can set it as your status in Yahoo Messenger or MSN Messenger.
