Who wins the hand if 2 players make the same high card flush?

Assume a Texas Hold 'em board of Qh, 5h, 6h, 7c, Ad. Let's say player A holds Jh and 3h and player B holds 10h and 8h. Both players have a queen high flush, but does the hole card rank determine the winner or is it a split pot?
