Rice wine at a traditional Vietnam dinner

rice wine mixed with snake blood - When in Vietnam we had a traditional snake dinner. Its traditional to begin the meal with rice wine mixed with snakes blood. Sounds kinda gross, but was surprisingly pleasant!

I enjoy a glass of wine with a meal. At this traditional Vietnamese Snake restaurant we drank rice wine mixed with the snakes blood. It sounds kinda gross, but we found it surprisingly Pleasant. Do you prefer wine or beer? At home in Ontario I prefer white wine!
