Here are some of the guiding principles for journalists that I have jot down when I attended our campus journalism workshop. I hope this could be of great help to others. 1. Seek truth and report is as fairly as possible. Avoid having sides. Balanced news is a must. 2. Minimize harm 3. Act independently 4. Be accountable 5. A fact is a true phenomenon Kindly share your guides too on being a responsible journalist. :)
