I love Nivea Cream for the face and body. It can even help heal aside from making my skin smooth and moisturized. It's great for sensitive skin and is also a good make-up remover.

Never pick at a pimple! Even if it itches. Put a dab of calomine lotion (or visine) on it, and allow to dry naturally. Then put a drop of tea tree oil on the spot so it never comes back. Pimples are really pesky to deal with, so wash your face regularly with a gentle cleanser. And, avoid harsh anti-acne cosmetics that may irritate already sensitve skin.

I love Aveda products. They're natural, environmentally friendly and smell great. I use their Universal Styling Creme which keeps my hair from getting frizzy without looking greasy. It's about $18 but you use just a tiny amount so it lasts a really long time.

Always moisturise. Even if you have oily skin, find one that works for you. You'll realise why when you hit middle age. I like to use Lush skincare because it's more natural than most things on the market so you know you are not putting crap on your skin. It's also nice to know you're using one of the few ranges not tested on animals.

Aside from cosmetics, moisturizers and the like, what matters most is that you have a happy disposition in life and confidence in every where you go. If you're happy, it will reflect on your aura. No matter how beautiful a person is, if she lacks optimism in life, she won't be beautiful outside. Just be positive about life's hardships. Trust me, it's the best beauty secret I know.

Drink a lot of water and exercise everyday, at least fifteen to thirty minutes.
