what is the fastest way to lose weight besides not eating..?

I can tell u with full gurantee that doing regular Yoga exercise together with other light exercises with definetly help in decreasing the weight of a body. Even I hav tried it and I lose around 5kg in a 7-8 days or so. Though u also need to have some control over ur diet by not eating oily and junk food and it will surely works.So better try it.

I've trid that! I did not eat I end up with acidic stomach. I don't know the fastest way to lose weight. But eating pure vegetables help though loosing weight is slow

I count calories. If I want a candy bar, I count it in with my calories for the day. If we are going to eat out, I look on a website called www.dwlz(it stands for Dottie's Weight Loss Zone) and she has almost every restaurant on there! I really like that site and it has helped a lot!

Fastest way to lose weight besides not eating? TIRE yourself like hell. Work like a carabao! Haha. My sister who used to be kind of chubby back then would surely approve of that. She worked too much and engaged, committed herself to their business that it almost eats like 18 hours of her day. And guess what?! She actually lose weight! Now, you won't consider her chubby anymore (even if she has now a kid), she is now a slim and sexy lady! Haha!

I have to say eat healthy plenty of veggies and fruits,no fried foods,sodas,eat sensible.Exercise atleast 30 minutes a day.Drink plenty of water and also drink green tea.

I would suggest heavy exercise alongwith balanced diet. This should help but before trying anything have a word with your doctor. Why don't U try out joining health clubs or gyms. They provide U with trainer as well as medical facilities. But never ever go for any weight reduction pills and avoid liposuction as far as possible. These are least advised ways of losing weight. drink a lot of water, eat veggies and fruits. work out. not eating is the fastest way to die not the fastest way to lose weight

erk..i think that even if u wanna lose weight, u still gotta eat! maybe cut down on those fatty and carbo food, but eat more veggies and fruits. work out more and eat in smaller portions and eat healthily, have a balance diet..not to say that you shouldn't eat just because you wanna lose weight. that won't be good..your body needs nutrients and energy too. good luck in achieving that ideal weight! ;)

Stop eating sugar in any form will reduce considerably,but see that sugar level of your body do not diminish alarmingly.If you feel giddiness immediately drink some sweet juice.Do some exercise if you can manage, the best & easy exercise is walking at least 5 kms per day.morning walk will be ideal.

Eat more vegetable and fruit and decreased food contain fat and meat, I think will decreased your fat fastly.beside good for your body it not dangered your body if compared to chemical weight lost medicine.

I weighed about 228 pounds 6 months ago. I now weigh 167 pounds. How did I do this? I drastically reduced my portions at mealtime and I work out like a fiend. I exercise for about 2 hours a day. If I have a busy day coming up at work I will get up at 3 in the morning to do my workout. This balance is the key. cheers,
