A talent : it is irrelevant if there is no motivation or driving force to use it . This driving force may be external or internal. External sources tend to be for a fleeting moment or internal sources tend to produce more consistent performance .

Motivation is the key factor of many performances and ultimately achievements. Self-motivation is also another talent that is in built with the person concerned! Thanks very much for the response . lack of motivation is one of the important causes of development in almost all spheres of human activity .The logo - as per my conception , it id a little angel brooding over prospects !

Yes that is so true, when you are just doing something because someone else wants you to do it, you haven't put your heart into it and you tend to lose interest fast. But when you do something because you want to, that makes all the difference in the world.
