What Do You Do To Be Happy?

People usually spend their leisure time in amusement centers, arcades and other places which will make them temporarily happy. Some might think that being rich will make them happy. Others make an effort to reach their goals for them to be happy.
In your own opinion, what are your basis for your own happiness and what do you do to be happy?

I am happy when I feel contented. I usually read a book to make myself happy. Or Sleep. Sleep is a really good happy pill. =)

Depending on my mood, I have different ways on how to be happy. There is spending time with the person you love, doing anything under the sun, just the two of you. There are our hobbies, some find happiness when working, some become happy when they eat, it really depends on the people's mood and nature.
