this has got to be one of the best GTA's

well, you have gotta hand it to those people behinf the scenes that helped create this work of art, it has by far succeeded from the 1st Grandtheft Auto, and there are alot more extras in this game, keeps you glued to the tv for hours, although i have noticed what type of influence it can have on children, for example:
i was looking after a friends child for a few hours, and thought, i know, i iwll let him play GTA SA for an hour, and i can watch/help, but when it came time for him to leave with his mummy, he turned nasty and bitter, and i told him never again.......
anyone else have this problem or same thoughts?

Well yeah, it is the best GTA ever, my most favorite one. But I'm not sure what your friend would feel about you letting his kid play an 18+ rated game. I mean, hey, sure we act like kids because we love the game so much and are glued to it, but it's not really for kids right? But hey, don't mean to preach, because I've done the same, ha ha. So I guess that was more a question for myself... I once let a kid play it too. Let's just say he loved it so much, that even though he's a boy, he was laughing like a girl, because he loved it so much. And you gotta admit, GTA is hilarious. A truly fun game!
I guess snatching me away from my GTA would make me nasty and bitter too. So I totally understand what the kid was thinking.

yes i agree, although my friend was aware that i let him play it, and it was her decison not to let him play it again...

yes my partner seems to like these games and in some instances he can be like a child......however i do agree with you that younger children shouldnt really play this game, it teaches them to many bad things. what are we gonna do when kids the age of 10 are running around the streets beating people up or stealing cars?
this is why the game gets a certified rating of 18 years and upwards, although i think that it may be suitable for 15 year olds
