Uwa, I really want to teach in Japan too! I don't know that much about it, but, I've read that in Japan they really want native English speakers to teach English in schools. I also read you can arrange your trip through an organization and they sometimes help you find a home or have a host family for you to stay with until you can afford to buy your own house. I don't know how to contact any of those organizations yet though... I need to find out.

Well im going uni in japan ((hopefully)) and then coming back home for a year before i start working, so a year will give me plenty of time to research into these companies BUT there is a website which shows you loads of jobs in japan its www.gaijinpot.com its a really good place which has lots of apartments and lots of jobs so if your ready to work out there look there

The best way to go about it is through the Jet program. First you are going to need a 4 year degree. It does not have to be in English. Also you don't need to speak Japanese at all to teach English.
