are you eating chicharon?... hmmmh...hmmh... you what do you eat? it really taste good...

Well, I have to say I have no idea what chicharon is. Is it sweet or savoury? Can you give me some sort of desciption, what is it similar to? Do you eat it raw or cooked?

it is a kind of pork fat with skin on pepper salt & seasoning...it is cooked...

Of course I know chicharon because I am 100% Pinoy. I do eat chicharon but I do so in moderation because I have hypertensive tendencies. I love chicharon best when it's with vinegar and for me, the best chicharon is the one that came from pork fat. YUM!!!

hi there. :) well, i really liked to eat chicharon when i was still not a vegetarian. i really loved its crunchy taste especially when i dip it in hot vinegar. lolz. :) but now that i have decided to be a vegetarian, i dont eat it anymore. lolz. :)

yes! its delicious! but its more delicious when you dip it in a vinegar with garlic. its a skin of pork.. i think they put that first under the sun then they fry it,
