I think it does. Music is good in all times, whether you are happy or you are sad. Music can be a friend to you when you are in any mood. You can share your feelings with music. When you are sad, you can listen slow music. It gives relief and peace to mind. Gets you cool! I think it works.

Hello there. I love listening to music too, especially love and rock songs. When I am happy, I like listening to rock. When I am sad and feels like crying, I like listening to sad love songs. Even though I know listening to sad love songs only make me feel sadder, I like it as listening to love songs make me feel I am not the only one with the same problem.

Yes it really does. I prefer to listen to happy music when I'm down though. Sad love soungs only make me more depressed.

It all depends on what kind of music you listen to. A lot of slow love songs are sad. If you are sad, you should listen to upbeat music. Music that will get your mind off of whatever is troubling you. There are a lot of fun dance songs that you can listen to.

Yes it does. You might wanna avoid romantic songs for a while though less it might make you cry more. I listen to upbeat music and at times when I'm really down..., some inspirational music to keep me closer to God. Cheers!
