When does a friendship becomes a relation?

When both of you decide you are ready to take your relationship to the next level. You will know in your heart when it is the right time.

i think it's a thin line between those kind of relationships between a man and a woman,it also depends if they are both single or one of them has a partner..but to answer to your question,the time is when you feel you wanna do more than just talking with the certain person,don't u think?:)

There is definitely a thin line that is for sure. You have to know when or not to cross it. Be careful not to hurt the person you want to remian your friend. Honesty is very important. Your heart is not always the wise choice so be careful and follow logic. You can be friends and still have a love for people, that is God given agape love.
