There is this television show with the title "Cooking for Love" Its kind of reality show for those who are looking for a date or perhaps life partner. The shows feature one lady and 3 guys. The guys will cook for the only lady without knowing or seeing her in person. Only know her name and listen to her voice. I didn't know where the origin of the show, I saw them in MobTV in the public bus here in Singapore. The guys will be given a recipe of choice from the lady. While cooking, they listen to the conversation of the host and the lady. The girl will have the chance to ask the guy a question each and vice versa. When finished cooking, she will get the chance to taste and then make her choice without even looking at the cooks face yet. It very thrilling on which guy will be the girl choice. I dont know if she really choice the guy because of the food or because of the answer the guy gave her. But nevertheless, she choose the one that cook the meal well. Now, my question is, as everyone know of the saying "Win a man heart by winning his stomach first". What happen here now - this reality show?. Do man out there really will cook for the woman of his love?. Do you really want to cook out of love or hoping to have something in return after the meal? Sorry guys, cause if the man so suddenly nice of taking over the kitchen, they always have something in their mind..dont you agree girls?.

I think I saw that show once but it's not on anymore here. It was a good idea. My husband loves my cooking but I don't really care for his. He doesn't try very often. He does make a decent pasta dish but otherwise all he makes is a sandwich or bowl of oatmeal.

Nah! I think your man is giving excuse not to cook for you cause I believe he thinks you are a better cook than him. So why not take advantage rite?

i must say i have never cooked for anyone wanting something in return. However, i can only cook well if i have deep feelings for the person i am cooking for. Over the years i have recognised it as a test of the state of the relationship, if i can cook for them, it means my feelings are true blessed be

Wow! you cook thru feeling. I guess whoever get the chance to eat the food must really be a lucky person. As they says, food cooked with feeling is very delicious and palatable.
