Do You Have A Favorite Nut?

Nuts - Milk chocolate and dark chocolate flavored nuts in a can. Looks and sounds very very good.

As long as you are not allergic, I know that everyone has a favorite nut. Mine is definitely the Almond. I like them any way they are sold. Raw, roasted, roasted and salted, covered in chocolate, honey roasted, cinnamon and toffee covered, but my favorite one of all is the candy coated almonds, known as Jordon Almonds. I also like cashews, pistachios, peanuts, filberts, and many others. The only one that I don't particularly care for is the Macadamia nut. I don't know why, as I know that it's a favorite among many, I just don't like it all that much. My favorite brand of nuts is Planters.

Ooooooooh, now you're just making me hungry! I love almost all kinds of nuts, but especially pistachios. There's lots of pistachio farms in my area (southern New Mexico) so we can often buy fresh ones for not much money. I especially like them with red or green chili powder on them; that's just the best! Otherwise, I love almonds pretty much any style - plain, salted, roasted, chocolate-covered, and even the Jordan almonds you mentioned. And I love peanuts, especially the honey-roasted ones. Did I mention that this discussion has made me hungry? LOL! Oh well, I'll just have to wait until tomorrow to go to the store. :)

I am very sorry to have made you hungry. When you say chili powder, I just know that it is hot. It sounds daring, yet good. I will have to try that one day.

I was really craving salty peanuts of all things a couple of days ago, but they aren't my favorite. I think my favorite would have to be cashews, although I am also quite partial to walnuts and roasted almonds.

I like walnuts also, I had forgot about them. I remember loving them as a child, but they were so hard to get to. My middle sister never liked them. They are great in chocolate chip cookies.

I really love cashew nuts, I think I can definitely call them my favourites. I also like peanuts, but mostly only to cook with nowadays (I adore them in cookies for example) and pistachios aren't too bad either. I'm personally also not so fond of macadamia nuts, they're a bit too greasy for me and have little taste. My mother adores them though.

I love most all nuts. I love the can of mixed nuts every last one of them. I love chocolate covered peanuts are the best. I live in the Central San Jouquine valley of California which is the nut capital of the world. Walnuts, almonds, pistachios, black walnuts, pecans are all grown here. We have our choice of a lot of the nut trees here. YUM

Nut trees?? Oh, that sounds like Heaven. All the nuts that you can handle for free. I'd be regular for life. I think that I have heard of the San Jouquine Valley. It seems like a very nice place to live.

I love nuts. My favorites are pecan, peanuts, and almonds. I love my nuts chocolate covered even though it is more healthier without the chocolate, salt, honey, and sugar. I hate the macadamia and cashew nuts.

So, are you saying that the type of nut does not matter as long as it is salted. You don't have a favorite one that you prefer?
