You dont have to respond to tis discussion because it nay get deleted and you could lose a point. I wanted to share this as I thought it was funny and could be very true. "Happy TGIF! Do you know what TGIF stands for? ... The Greencard Is Five Grand." --Jay Leno . Joking apart I am curious has anyone ever heard how much these cards actually cost on the blackmarket for illegals?

Since I am legal citizen I have very little knowledge of the immigrations or visas side of life. If that is indeed a fact and people can afford to buy them, then they should be able to follow the new guidelines without a problem.

That is the whole problem they don't follow the guidelines and that is why they have to buy them illegally. If they followed the guidelines then the government gives them to you for nothing.
