Is extra money paid to somebody to speed up your work and to get quick service considered 'bribe'?There are many instances of people offering informally extra money to the dealing and service personnel to expedite their work particularly in muncipal services, public health services,getting license/permission and contract works,bill payment etc.Is extra money offered,for quick servicsevice delivery considered 'Bribe' or 'Speed money'? They also pay this money to avoid service delay and procedural complications. What are your viewpoints?
