Who knows WINAPI ???

Well, I guess some people here are gurus and know one thing or two to boast of. I have written some very useful programs for myself and my collegues, but every time I confront with more and more difficult things. Let's dicuss only problems with WINAPI here and post only USEFUL comments, supplied with code if possible. Let's start with such a request: - I don't know how to get a handle of a new .NET menu from an old good Win32 WINAPI application. Remember how simple that was - GetMenu(HWND hwnd) ? But does anyone know how to get the handle of menuStrip item???
