The golf cart craze!!

In our little town there is a golf cart craze. Anyone who is anyone has a golf cart. The carts are like having a limo or something. Everyone drives around town in their golf carts. I tell you coming from a city this just cracked me up. I am still not used to it but yes we have a golf cart*L* All day and all night people in town drive around and wave at each other as they pass by with their golf carts. It the dead of winter one guy couldn't get his truck to work start so he drove his golf cart to work. Now how silly is that? He was so proud that despite the cold temps and the fact that his other cars wouldn't start the good old golf cart worked. I of course was like.. You drove your golf cart to work in the snow???? To them it seemed normal to me it seemed crazy*L* So if you come to our little town you don't have to watch out for children or animals you have to watch out for the crazy golf cart people.*L*

That is so cool! Odd, but cool. I don't see that being possible to do where I live, and I've never seen it around me. Except for when we were on vacation and the condo we were in was on the same ground as a country club. There were golf carts everywhere there. But not the same as your situation. : )
