menapause

I finished menapause about 3 years ago. I started it about 8 years ago. I have just started my period the first in almost 8 years. Is this normal?

This is normal. I am glad to hear you had no other troubles....If one period is all that your troubles are. You are Lucky... I have been going threw menapause since 2001 5 years I have no idea what will happen next. I have sever pain in my neck and right shoulder. I have tried to attribute the pain from being on the computer but I know that is not it.........we can get into other discussions about this but I think this covers your issues....
