Should camera phones be outlawed?

Some people, like my brother, think that it is better to use your camera phone for good photos. He's a proud owner of a Nokia N73, yet still insists that a good camera should rather be used. I on the other hand, prefer the camera phone, because of the decrease in things to carry. Take for example the London Bombings in June 2005. A lot of the subway riders took pictures with their phones that were later used by the police in finding some of the responsible.

Yesterday, I played with my friend's 10.1 megapixel Canon. . . its a whole new world. I could change everything in the settings- he made me so jealous. For high-quality photos and wallpapers, a good camera should be used.
